Handicare Linido Triangel / Parrot support for standing up from a lying position.

The triangle is mounted on the ceiling. The handle can be adjusted to the correct height thanks to a length-adjustable nylon strap. This strap, which is supplied with the triangle, is equipped with a plastic handle in the triangle shape.

ATTENTION : this way of lifting appeals to arms, shoulder and back. Discuss in advance with a professional, for example a paramedic, whether this solution is suitable for you.

The most important advantages of the triangle are:

  • Simple solution to move or shift
  • Plastic handle that is suitable for both larger and smaller hands
  • The support point is at a fixed location

If you are lying on a stretcher or in bed, you want to be able to move or shift. This is possible with armrests, but these are not always present or suitable. A support opportunity above you (the user), for example a triangle, can then offer a solution.
You must then be able to lift your own weight.
