1.1 Who is Vitasel
First of all, welcome to our Vitasel shop,
Vitasel comfortabel Thuis Wonen 
Vitasel comfortable living is concerned started in 2011 and part of the Vitasel, founded in 2002 with Opplussen the houses. 

We wanted our products that we have selected for our relationships offer, also online. This marked the beginning of the Webshop, launched in 2013.

We have experienced how important an optimal property is for the proper functioning of someone with (temporary) restrictions or already has.

By adapting the apartment, comfortable life at home, in terms of the self can continue at home for longer life.

We handle a minimal order value, this in bidding with costs, our part of the registered shipment, payment costs, packaging material etc. We can still offer products with a small amount to our customers.

8.1 Information about return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of your order without giving a reason. You will be credited the total amount, including shipping. The return costs of you are home to the shop for you account. 
If you use your right of withdrawal, return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur returned. To exercise this right, you can Model withdrawal form (see 8.2) completing and returning via info@vitasel.nl

During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging. He will be the product only to unpack or use as necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain the product. Note: Enterprise customers are always excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions Returns

Note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

8.3 Grace period
Right of withdrawal 'distance selling'. This means you can return your purchase within 14 days. 
This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a pre-designated by the consumer and the entrepreneur announced representative. 

During this grace period will you (the consumer) carefully handle the product and packaging. 
You will be the product only to unpack or use as necessary to assess whether to keep the product.

Via this link you can easily return the package to us. During the process you pay the shipping costs.

 

You can also request a return label via our customer service contact details or via our e-mail info@vitasel.nl. You will receive an e-mail from us for your return label.
You send the package back to us and during the process you pay the amount for the shipping costs.

 

European service countries are: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

8.11 Return confirmation
When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. 

If you 1 week after returning your order have received no e-mail, please contact us by sending an e-mail from your account or using our contact data on our website.
8.12 Return costs
The cost of returning for you (the consumer) account and will not be reimbursed by us. Unstamped shipments Unfortunately we can not accept.
8.13 Back payment product (s)

After receiving and checking the products, we will refund the amount of the relevant return product including the shipping costs paid (sending the product from our vitasel to you) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after cancellation.
This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by us (Vitasel) or conclusive proof of complete return can be submitted.

If your order, by returning a portion of the products, falls below the order amount for free shipping. The free shipping of your package expires. We will then calculate the shipping costs that are not charged to you and deduct this from the amount to be reimbursed.
 
Upon repayment, the amount is refunded to the bank account number with which the item was paid.
