We pay an extra amount which requires the operator to deliver only if you sign for delivery. The extra security serves as additional security for the guarantee of your order.

Free shipping package when you order from € 75.00.
For orders under € 75.00 you paid for sending the signature for receipt of your order within the Netherlands a contribution of € 7,65 incl. VAT.

You will receive a Track & Trace code, a convenient way to track your parcel.
By completing a number and zip code on the page offrom the package deliverer you are immediately informed of the delivery status of your parcel.
In a few clicks you know exactly where your parcel is located. You see it even if the shipment is on its way to the delivery address.

Grace period
Right of withdrawal 'distance selling'. This means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days. This period begins on the day following receipt of the product.

Return costs
The cost of returning for you (the consumer) account and will not be reimbursed by us. Unstamped shipments Unfortunately we can not accept.
Back payments
This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by us (Vitasel) or conclusive proof of complete return can be submitted.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
If your order, by returning a portion of the products, falls below the order amount for free shipping. The free shipping of your package expires. We will then calculate the shipping costs that are not charged to you and deduct this from the amount to be reimbursed.
